We have been in business since 1978 fabricating custom contact molded chemical resistant process equipment in accordance with VPS-15-69 and RTP-1, where applicable. We have the experience to solve many corrosion problems or offer alternative materials of construction to improve equipment life. Chemical, abrasion, and flame resistance are of particular interest.
Scrubbers, stacks, condensers, separators, covers, guards, tanks, piping systems, relines, containment ( primary & secondary ), decking and platforms - to name a few past projects.
C.F.F., Inc. fabricates from a wide assortment of plastics. We are well known for our hand-laid vinyl ester FRP products for the pigment, paper and water treatment industries. We also use a variety of poly ester and epoxy resins with fiberglass reinforcement, thermally weld PVC, polyethylene and polypropylene, and have plural component spray experience for containment (polyurea) and insulation (polyurethane foam).
